When You imagine the best holiday ever, what do you imagine?

Is it a non-event Soul Calm time or are you seeking lots of movement and contact with family and friends?

Honor your vision its a message from your heart.

If you follow it you will truly thrive.

If you don't it will be like walking through molasses. Create it today.... before the time slips by and you get caught in either too much or too little on your calendar. Get out your calendar and a piece of paper to brain storm on as you read the rest of this message. Write your recharge events or schedule Soul Re-charge time at least once per week.

If you want to create a non-event, a personal soul time of calm and ease to take stock of your year, lounge in your jammies and drink cocoa, start setting it up. Set the times for that on the calendar now. Really set the time - otherwise it won't happen. Here are some implementation ideas. Tell everyone they are on their own for food and laundry. Be clear on when you will be unavailable. Or make the creation a team effort - have a family meeting and be creative for covering the food and clothing needs. Plan to order pizza and get take out.

If you imagine being recharged in groups, family and friends and interaction, Plan it now....If you feel really energized when you are around those special someone's - make sure its on your calendar. Start inviting and setting dates. Plan to have neighbors in - create events to really energize you. Of course use the KISS method - Keep It Super Simple. Do that parts you really love - being with others.

Tips To Enjoy A Domestic Summer Holiday

There's much talk of financial matters at the moment - if it's not the continuing credit crunch on home shores then it's the weakening of the pound against the euro. However, by taking advantage of the latter you can do your bit to help with the former.

Travelling in the eurozone at the moment means that Britons aren't going to get as much for their money as they would have in recent times and it's also true that they could get better value for money by staying in the UK.

Older generations often tell their stories from the summer holidays they spent in Britain and they have invariably had a good time. Old photos and postcards show of times when our own beaches were full, but this seems to be a thing of the past as it has become trendy to be well-travelled and to have seen far off lands.

Beaches near the smaller villages are generally quieter so there are plenty of options.

If you're looking for an even quieter spot - approaching isolation - then the highlands and islands of Scotland can offer remote spots to allow you to find nature. The locations often have a friendly atmosphere and welcoming locals, as well as beautiful scenery to allow for long, peaceful strolls through the countryside.

Sporting events were always popular and with the npower Ashes coming to England this year you can make a city break to take in the cricket - whether you want to go to London, Cardiff, Birmingham or Leeds is up to you.
