Tips for traveling in Europe for 2-3 months?

I’m planning a trip to Europe for 2 to 3 months, on a moderate budget, shoestring, but still comfortable.

The preliminary budget is around US$10K (do you think that’ll do?).

Any tips? I really need lots of tips…
